Recommendations and serving
To enhance its aromatic complexity, open a few minutes before serving and serve at 16–18ºC. Store in a cool place and in a horizontal position. Over time, small natural sediments may form at the bottom of the bottle.

Grilled or stewed red meats, pork, duck breast, roasted lamb, and aged cheeses.

“Our stay at Bell-lloc was perfect, we will definitely come back. The room was very large and comfortable, the accommodation was beautiful and all the staff were very kind. They make you feel at home. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is of high quality, and although the menu is small, they continue to change dishes and everything is very good, and at a reasonable price. Special mention for the oil (which they make), very tasty and delicious. In the same way, we made two visits: one to the winery and one to the pastor. To thank Morad for his sympathy, knowledge and explanations, it is definitely worth it and it is a very complete guide and tasting.”
